Blue Light Blocking Glasses- why we NEED them after the sun sets

By now we all know “screens and blue light are bad before bed” yada yada.. i won’t bore you w sh*t you already know. However, when we are exposed to MAN MADE LIGHT after dark, our brains STOP producing melatonin... which is not only our sleep molecule... but our ANTI-AGING molecule.

What’s the point of spending so much money 💰 on skincare products and facials and treatments, if we aren’t getting proper sleep and every night constantly being effected by man made light?

Since it’s impossible to control the lighting around us in the world, besides in our homes, the BEST solution is to utilize blue light blocking glasses which blocks the blue and green lights after dark and protects our eyes, brains, melatonin, and restorative sleep cycles. .

Other tips + hacks to block out junk light:

- replace the bulbs in your house with amber bulbs (even your refrigerator + stove top lights)
- turn your iPhone screen red or warm/night time mode after sunset
- put on the salt lamps around your house
- get black out curtains for your room at night
